Laura O'Brien works with her family company, Pequot Manufacturing, in Human Resources focusing on engagement, development, and strategic growth. A native of the Lakes Area, Laura moved to St. Paul after college and was a corporate finance Recruiter with RHI for 10 years before deciding to move back up north to be closer to family in 2013.
Besides serving on the Board for the United Way, Laura is also a board member with the Patriot Foundation and has been the Committee Chair for the last 5+ years with the St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Celebration in Crosslake, MN. Laura received her Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Behavior from St. Scholastica in Duluth and has a passion for connecting people’s talents with the right growth opportunities.
