A background in business administration and finance I have been blessed with career opportunities in banking and healthcare administration and currently public school finance. I love my job as the Finance Director for ISD 186 Pequot Lakes Schools. I love the work I get to do, the people I get to work with and the purpose of serving our youngest learners PreK through 12th grade.
Outside of working I enjoy spending time with my husband Dave, our three kids: Sam, a recent graduate of Brainerd High School, John a junior and Evelyn an 8th grader and our German Shepherd Gersey. My family loves the outdoors, anything related to travel, and watching our favorite athletes (aka kids) play football, volleyball and baseball. When I get “me” time you will find me running outside in all seasons and weather conditions or reading a good book.
I am especially excited to join the Lakes Area United Way as a board member, to support and serve the families and friends in the communities I am fortunate to live, work and play in all year long.
