All donations to United Way should be accompanied by a signed and completed pledge form.
United Way makes it convenient to donate to to the organizations you have a passion for. Please fill out the Pledge Designation Form and attach it to a completed pledge form if you wish to make a donation to a specific organization. United Way will deduct a 7 percent administrative fee to process your designation.
